ZAART H tablets combine azilsartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic). This combination is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) by relaxing blood vessels and helping the body eliminate excess salt and water, thus lowering blood pressure.
